It has come to our attention that individuals are going around distributing flyers labeled as “Water Notice” and asking residents to call a phone number.

Please be advised: THIS IS NOT FROM OUR WATER DISTRICT.

We are not distributing any such flyers, and we are not requesting that customers call any outside phone numbers regarding their water service.

Do NOT call the number listed on these flyers.
If you have any questions or concerns about your water service, please contact our office directly using our official phone number.

We encourage all residents to remain cautious and report any suspicious activity.

Se nos ha informado que hay personas distribuyendo volantes titulados “Aviso de Agua” pidiendo a los residentes que llamen a un número de teléfono.

Le informamos: ESTO NO PROVIENE DE NUESTRO DISTRITO DE AGUA.

Nosotros no estamos distribuyendo estos volantes ni solicitando que los clientes llamen a números externos relacionados con su servicio de agua.

NO llame al número que aparece en esos volantes.
Si tiene preguntas o inquietudes sobre su servicio de agua, comuníquese directamente con nuestra oficina utilizando nuestro número oficial.

Recomendamos a todos los residentes que estén atentos y reporten cualquier actividad sospechosa.
