IMPORTANT NOTICE: BEWARE OF IMPOSTORS
Your Safety is Our Priority
We have received reports of individuals impersonating water district employees in an attempt to gain access to customers' homes. To ensure your safety, please be aware of the following guidelines:
Our Employees:
Do NOT visit homes after hours.
Our official working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Wear uniforms with our water district logo.
Visit homes only upon customer request.
How to Identify Our Employees:
Uniforms
Vehicles: Official water district vehicles are clearly marked with our logo.
What to Do if You Suspect an Impostor:
Do not allow them into your home.
Do not provide any personal information, especially about living alone.
Report the incident immediately to our customer service at (915) 764-2966 or contact local law enforcement.
Additional Information:
The police have been informed about this issue. If you see anything suspicious, please report it to the Sheriff's Office at (915) 832-4408.

Nuestro horario oficial de trabajo es de lunes a viernes, de 8:00 AM a 5:00 PM.
Usan uniformes con el logotipo de nuestro distrito de agua.
Visitan hogares solo a solicitud del cliente.

Qué hacer si sospecha de un impostor:
No les permita entrar a su hogar.
No proporcione ninguna información personal, especialmente si vive solo.
